We socialize men to be stoic and breadwinners, with this toxic masculinity, especially the former, harming men... So instead, men should be socialized to be the caretakers, to be open about their feelings, and in this first phase, work only part time. They will be able to work the same jobs as women, but only part time, since they take the responsibility of taking care of kids from women, which will increase female happiness and willingness to have kids since they do not have to take care of them anymore. Men can work harder, so having a part time job and taking care of kids will not harm them.
