He is talking about the way the Greens and the old parties (like CDU, Merkels party) treat invasive animal and plant species very lackluster and even forbid hunters and volunteers to kill them. He says their mentality is "Now theyre here, so whatever" and makes a comparison to the way they treat the hordes of turks and africans that have come to germany over the last 50 years and create problems.
He also makes a point about them pushing renewable resources without regard for the impact on native species, shred birds etc.

Reactionary is an umbrella term, I’d say the common thread is a fundamental distrust or liberalism in its entirety (classical or otherwise) and an understanding that the natural order is based on hierarchy and tradition
