Notice a cap leaking something. Investigate motherboard closely, most capacitors have puffed up, one burst. The thing was still running (Abit mobo lel), but timing was fucked up, hence the hangups. Bought an AMD mobo to salvage caps, replaced caps with mad soldering skills, computer was running as good as new. It was 12ish years ago.
