Nothing worse than minding your own business, trying to be productive, and suddenly getting a pair of knockers in your face.

So yeah I guess either we start teaching people really intensely on the differences between men and women and how men require modesty, or things will just naturally become better once we begin to disregard women, since women will not naturally understand the full extent of a need for modesty without education
