Weight tree I built for my dumbbell weights
No more gym for me
Living the dream
Bruh
Are those like .25kg each?
^
It looks tiny
You can see the bars on the ground
Those bricks are huge
The ones on the bottom for example are 5kg each
On top right are 2.5kg and on the top are 1.25kg and 0.5kg
So you like put 10 of them on to get any workout?
So it's like 100kg all together
Well I do 3x10 on most workouts
And split squats for example
Seems far more than enough for dumbbells to me
And with dumbbells in general it's more difficult, e.g. the amount that you can bench is lower
Yeah, I should get plenty swole enough from these. I do miss doing StrongLifts but I was having to wait 15 minutes in line at the squat rack every time in the gym. I'm not going back. I live in an apartment so a squat rack here is not possible, hence the dumbbells
Plus when doing StrongLifts I felt that my cardiovascular condition was not great
Do you think there may be problems related to droping the dumbbells on the ground after some reps?
I lift on my balcony during the daytime. The most noise comes from changing plates
Otherwise I have two layers of AstroTurf that seems to protect the floor well enough
nice
I guess rubber covered plates would be quieter, but they are also thicker, so you can't get as much weight on the bars then
Right lads
So
When I'm not fasting, what do you recommend eating?
Depends on whether or not you have some goal I guess. Losing some weight? Developing muscles?
Mostly losing weight.
I lost weight by eating almost no fries, and quite smaller amounts of food
I never eat fries anyway. Ghastly stuff.
Cutting carbs in general helps
Yea. No carbs, no sugar
Meat, vegetables mostly
Dont eat anything after 6pm
Welp, no Italian LARPing for me, then.
Appreciate the help, chaps.
@GodFearingEnglishman keto.
Cut carbs entirely and only eat protein and fat, like the Inuit. It gives you the flu for a little bit but then you'll be gucci. Because unfortunately, carbs have a withdrawal.
Drops weight fast as fuck though. Also just count your calories in general. And try eat in a small window of time. Nothing after 6pm as Daniil said. Also also, lots of water. Take a water bottle everywhere with you and just drink a lot, you'll piss like mad but you'll drop bloat weight, feel better and be less hungry.
If you're hardcore, you'll find yourself a non-plastic water bottle
