Not trying to tell on you, but vaccines save lives. Until we have more alternatives then we can try to avoid it.

my philosophy is, a good diet will save lives. 2000 years ago anyone that ate well and survived past 15 years old would live as long as your average boomer nowadays.

I'm overall fit and healthy, too. But seeing as I travel the world for work, I don't really fancy picking up TB in India or Yellow Fever in South America somewhere.
