You have any suggestions for healthier meal choices that are also relativley easy to make?

Being on your feet for 8 hours a day in a dust booth wears you out a lot, even a young person

Well hour or so

I suppose I could find it. Again, I am pretty tired after work
and it takes me about an hour to get back home
Any chance you could work out at the start of the day rather than the end?
My shift starts at 6 AM, and I have to wake up at 4:20 AM, so that is out of the question

Only things that I like are going to church and eating

Anyway, my "idea" will make you become more energetic, it'll make you fit and healthy, and you're probably gonna live to be 100 if the results from these studies on mice and worms can be applied to people.

Standing won't be an issue once he's 170
not really. Its just the nature of this job to have to stand and move a lot
Anyway Kaitsar, it'll be difficult but with dedication you'll be able to drop weight very quick.
I think he's telling the truth. Most other weight-loss programs advertise themselves as easy.
