@Ironclad Today I talked with my gym trainer about how well can someone survive from just fat without eating. He told me that someone did that experiment, and after some months without eating he dies fro lack of proteins. Not eating affected their synthesis or something similar. If I were you I would be careful with the fast if you plan on extending it
