Yes, they exist. But they are not entirely due to which race they are. If two people of two different races are brought up in the same circumstances, they will be highly similar.

Just look at how the countries of each race develop, and how they behave, when compared to other people in the same position

Reminds me of that comic strip: nobody has a problem accepting that things like facial structure, skin tones or even height are affected by race

But when it comes to behaviour, for some reason people think that race can't affect significantly and its all socioeconomic factors

Well, first, even in the same circumnstances there are measurable differences between races

And second, the differences in socioeconomic factors aren't there arbitrarily
