@GodFearingEnglishman Probably
Pretty much all of them gather around self-proclaimed psycology experts that tell you how to defend yourself from "narccassists" and "sociopaths", and while that sounds good, from reading their typical comments and posts, as well as the videos that their "psycological experts" release, it seems like their standards for what qualifies as these things are pretty.....wide, let's just say.
THIS IS JAY DYER OF JAY'S ANALYSIS
Who's Jay Dyer?
Jason Daniel Dyer is a philosopher, Orthodox theologian, and lecturer on the esoteric and occult influence on theater (especially Hollywood) and globalist/transhumanist conspiracy
Oh
His main platform is his website jaysanalysis.com and a lot of people just use his YouTube
Oh
He gets a lot of hate from buttmad sedevacantist types and is accused of things like egotism but his worst qualities are occasional impatience and temper imo
He's certainly not an egotist, he is responsible in part for the conversion of hundreds to Orthodoxy including some Roman Catholic seminarians but he is pretty humble about that which, if he is to be given credit for rather than God, would be his most important achievement in life
Huh
He lives in Paris, Tennessee
He attends St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Jackson, Tennessee
I thought he moved recently
Guess not
Who said?
All I know is there was a picture of him on the St. Nicholas Facebook page recently.
I thought he did
It must have been an extended vacation
By the way, it's Antiochian
Only you care so much about jurisdiction
Same with GOAA
do you mean GOARCH?
it doesn't matter that much
As a rule GOARCH might be pretty bad but you still find some great parishes
No different from any other religious group tbh
There are always gonna be some good and some bad
GOAA stand for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America
Same thing as GOARCH
So I use the EOB app and it has 4 Macc. Are there any PDFs of this version online?
question
is Christianity more deontological or virtue ethicist
Good question, I see Deontological.
i see
I can see the argument of the virtue ethicist that the faith is the ultimate christian virtue and from there on it leads to the rest of the virtues.
He's a mason after all

Masonism is strong, not surprised.
I have came to the point where I just don't care about theory and just try my best to live a Christian life. There are always argument and debate, but it's the fruit that count.
You see, so many nannies went to heaven with just a rosary in hand.
I need a book on imprecatory prayer
Somebody has been listening to Jon Dave
but remember.those are for priests only
Is that even the same stance in Orthodoxy?
In layman terms, are those curses?
Because I do hope to become a priest and if I do will make good use of imprecatory prayers.
By the way, I heard about the concept of these prayers from Jay Dyer first.
