I think, despite our endeavours, the world will end and this world is a test of fate. It's all about how the world will end. Humanity as a whole. Will it kill itself as a whole in a shout and we die for our faith or will we go forward to the heat death into a whisper, but that whisper is almighty praise for our God.

We can defeat the sand people easily but the problem is the chinese and then russian pride. But even then if the US shifts culture it can just merge with russians
