When something is supposed to be a transcript
It is stated so
For example, Revelations mentions explicitely that the author describes visions
The authors of the gospels write that they witnessed the facts, or collected information from witnesses
Paul writes his letters like anyone would
He doesn't say "God handed down these words, so I copied them in this letter"
im talking about the bible
not some letters
You don't know much about the Bible right?
Patrick, please tell us you're trolling already
The Bible includes many letters, they are part of the New Testament
1 Corinithian 16:22
Boy, oh boy.
This is hilarious.
yes it is indeed
Do you know why that is called Corinthians?
Because it is a letter to the corinthians
yeah
So it is a letter that is part of the Bible
I don't buy it
nah bro
So as you can see, when someone in Scrpture is giving a transcript of direct revelation
The author states so.
So in some books, or parts of books, you see that
The examples you have given, Revelations, etc
😉
But others are not. For example, the gospels are the account of witnesses, which we elevate to scripture
They wrote what they saw, which they knew from their first hand account
God didnt have to whisper into their ears so that they transcribed the words
Then we have the several letters, too
😄
In short, the Bible is a huge book actually consisting of many shorter books of different genres, it is important to know which genre, otherwise one doesn't understand it correctly
believe what u want bro
It is not what I want, it is what is in the Bible
The authors describe, for example, how they are witnesses, or they made sure they got reliable information
dont catholics like worship mary or something
Honor yes, worship no
i see
and you like pray through saints?
Ok, this has to be a troll at this point.
