Drink lots of water, exfoliate with some sort of facial scrub every morning and night, don't eat fast food, try to avoid excessively polluted areas (travelling on the London Underground ruins my clear skin), and for goodness' sake, don't take any bloody acne pills.

There are special acne creams, which I have found has helped.

Wash with an exfoliant.

Use a toner.

Then moisturize

It's not that hard

Wash it some of the nice ol H 2O

Don't exfoliate too much though
