A. would only work if the government sold off border land to private companies before the dislution of the government, I think this assumes to many things not limited to a peacful disolution of the government with just the right parts being handed over to private corporations and not other parts, a transition plan that who knows who the hell is suppose to carry out, that the border companies that it's handed over to are acting in good faith with what the rest of the communty wants or really what I should say most of the rightwing or Hoppeans would want and last but probably not least the question of weather or not the people would agree with these companies owning that land when they did not homstead it or they them selves don't represent all the previous tax payers and the people them selves never had a say as to weather they should be the owners.
