Internationally but it offers you the same security as barter

For example Amazon knows "shepard dog" bought a buck converter but he's not a real person and his disposable credit card was paid for in cash

There's no real trail to my real identity

2019-11-09 00:27:08 UTC

Essentially I got security Bitcoin supporters promised

But without the Hassel

2019-11-09 00:33:20 UTC

That same care is needed when handling bitcoin. Unfortunately, the Australian government is cracking down on visa gift cards by requiring them to be sold online or with proof of identity.

2019-11-09 00:33:53 UTC

Also having things shipped to your address by a corporation has it's own privacy concerns.

2019-11-09 00:52:11 UTC

Well you can still just buy the gift cards without proving your identity anyway though I can agree with things being shipped to the house being a security concern

However what other alternatives are there shipping it to someone else's house and "stealing" the package

2019-11-09 00:54:35 UTC

Amazon Lockers

2019-11-09 00:54:54 UTC

UPS/FedEx private mailboxes

2019-11-09 00:54:59 UTC

PO Box

2019-11-09 00:57:11 UTC

Fuck ups at the moment they stole one of our packages

Every Amazon package clearly states on the label that if the resident doesn't answer the door when you knock leave the package at the doorstep what do they do they take it back to their little Holding Center

2019-11-09 00:57:27 UTC

I don't get this kind of shit from generic USPS

2019-11-09 01:01:50 UTC

The only problem I've ever gotten from the regular u.s. postal service has been one time I ordered a solar panel and they left a note saying that was at the post office because it wouldn't fit in the mailbox and package didn't clearly state to leave it at the doorstep

2019-11-09 01:01:51 UTC

🤦

2019-11-09 01:02:12 UTC

all businesses have issues with theft, just make sure the package is insured

2019-11-09 01:02:26 UTC

and yeah the USPS sucks for the most part, but it's still a viable option 99% of the time

2019-11-09 01:02:39 UTC

Or you could just pull out their aorta and connect it to an air pump🤦

2019-11-09 01:03:12 UTC

technically, you could lmao

2019-11-09 01:03:12 UTC

GG @Phobia, you just advanced to level 9!

2019-11-09 01:03:27 UTC

And it's amusing that you completely ignored what I just stated

UPS is the one that stole the package not United States Postal Service

2019-11-09 01:04:03 UTC

I've never had a real problem with them before

2019-11-09 01:04:19 UTC

I've been working with all of the shipping services for almost 20 years, it's a large part of my job

2019-11-09 01:04:28 UTC

UPS fucks up, FedEx fucks up, USPS fucks up

2019-11-09 01:04:33 UTC

Sitting at home on your ass requires working with shipping services?

2019-11-09 01:04:45 UTC

Believe it or not, yeah

2019-11-09 01:04:57 UTC

products need to be shipped from time to time

2019-11-09 01:04:58 UTC

Got to get those dakimakura Pillow somehow I suppose

2019-11-09 01:05:18 UTC

🤷

2019-11-09 01:05:24 UTC

I print primarily for other businesses, and many of them aren't near me

2019-11-09 01:05:59 UTC

try to stay away from adhoms man, there's no reason for it

2019-11-09 01:06:27 UTC

not everyone's job is the same, mine happens to involve a lot of computer work

2019-11-09 01:16:51 UTC

Jokes about pillows are a insult<:Suuure:612151041210843136>

2019-11-09 01:16:56 UTC

?

2019-11-09 01:17:40 UTC

it's certainly not a valid argument, or pertaining to the subject at hand in the slightest

2019-11-09 01:17:50 UTC

but I was more referring to your "sitting at home on your ass" comment

2019-11-09 01:18:14 UTC

ironically enough, I use a sit/stand desk specifically to prevent constant sitting

2019-11-09 01:18:15 UTC

😉

2019-11-09 01:19:05 UTC

Capitalism, it's a wonderful thing

Memes seem to be dying. There isn't enough fresh content out there generating attention for them that hasn't already been done.
