this is socially allowed in china
its why a lot of people have 2 hr lunch breaks
1hr for eating, 1hr for sleeping
but i still think its retarded

it doesnt work. they come in at 9, do dick all until lunch, eat a massive lunch, sleep for awhile, then they dont do anyting for 2 more hours because they are tired
then they try to do 8 hours of work in like 3 hours
so they end up staying 2 hours longer
I stand corrected. Though never liked napping after eating, stomach hurts.
they think jobs that dont give you time to sleep is like taking away their liberty
they believe it is totally required
They already take it away by dicking around in the mornings.
if they dont get to sleep they will complain the rest of the day
I think they realized how little they were being paid
then just said

i ask why they are so tired all the time and they said its because they work so hard
i said "maybe its because the beds are too hard and the construction noises keep you up at night"
and they went FULL defense mode
well its true, they get paid dick
like 3-4000 a month
they have probation here for like first 2 months, which at that point is only like 2-2500 a month
