Yeah but 110v models are bigger and need to have a lot more componants so they cost 1.5 more stateside.
@porco yeah, I fiddled with a friends stovetop, near instant and even heating.
I will probably remove the whole stove and replace it with a real 400v induction set up

If you look into freight companies and are willing to wait a long time you can probably bring yoir entire apartment for like 1,500 as lomg as fuel stays this price
