tldr: they are being smart and not overmanufacturing possible old chips as new ones are behind the corner

its like mcdonalds workers making hamburgers at full speed whole day

and in the end of the day throwing the excess to trash

due nobody bought them

or selling them cheap

if market is stagnating for them
