theyre apparently a sligtly more laid back ety tuning with more bass, but without getting much more congested, which happens on the ER4/HF5 line when you boost bass

cheaper than the ER4 series but still has a removable cable

last recommendation would be the FAD heaven 2's

bit less congested than etys, but has worse treble linearity since they dont insert as deep
