In this case though, for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would want to buy the Schiit Lyr. Yes, it has more power due to higher output voltage but it also produces copious amount of measured distortion and some audible one. Combine that with much higher cost and cost of ownership in tubes and it just makes no sense to me.
