Heat milk to Lukewarm, add the egg, stir in rolled oats, let it rest for 30 minutes until oats soften and liquid is absorbed, add baking soda and salt and mix, drop by the tablespoon onto the hot griddle and cook until bubbles form on top then turn. This makes about 24 and serve with butter and jam

Look at the sample sizes: n=2, n=1, n=36, n=10, n=80, n=4, n=2, n=12

n=1 is an interview not a scientific study

n=80: Transgender people reported less physical activity and reported lower social support and physical self-perception than the cisgender participants
