I don't see how anarchy could be anything but far right, since it's basically the obvious extreme of individual liberty, sort of. I don't really know where monarchy would be though, maybe center.
Non ancap anarchists are certainly left wing, monarchy pretty much has to be right wing since the right wing was originally defined as those that wanted a monarchy as opposed to a republic

I think the real question, is there a free market solution to declining birth rates?
abortion tends to favour the poor so you end up with higher birth rates but to single mothers and they end up being more at risk of drugs and crime, it's not just having the kids but having them be productive as well
