A chat with someone who had to deal with how terrible the industry has/is going.
I think I've seen that covered by someone else a while ago. Maybe clownfish TV. I forget. Anyway, those women organizations are trying to for animation studios to hire women and they have weaponized the sexual harassment clause which they forced the companies to adopt years ago.
I don't know about other people but I've noticed a decline a quality in animation started sometime in the 2000s
Also that professional animator community is pretty small, so it seems easy to exert control over it the way they have.

only two video in the series so far, It seems like a good faith effort. Its still off on somethings. One big thing I noticed is that she doesn't ask why men aren't having these conversations she mention political correctness, but fails to mentions whose imposing it.
Could it be people like that giant bitch Jess Philips are laughing at the issues and making sure the conversations don't happen.
I think one of the people she interviewed even mentioned the guardian audience as a group that won't engage with the ideas
