Not a fan of fasting unless it's due to morning cardio.
I think for me it'll come down to find a routine and trying to keep it, never been my strong suit

but it's never just one aspect of life, got to work on the sleep stuff or the diet stuff is worthless
and if you don't sleep properly your brain turns to mush
it has to do with you being only able to stuff so much food in you at one time

I mean it's impossible to keep a regular eating schedule without a regular sleep schedule on top of the need for a stready amount of sleep
I only eat 2 meals a day, but still get around 1600-2000 calories a day
Which in turn leads into energy for your day.
Usually wait until 11 to eat and then again at 6
and my sleep schedule is fuuuucked
