Meanwhile, a submarine crewman, who's leak of information was far less serious than HRC's, had to wait for a presidential pardon
One law for the little people, and a different law for those in power... same as it ever was, and these people have the audacity to pretend like America is special.
can't court track down all people who used gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc, to communicate with Hillary. Then subpoena all those email accounts and see what she was talking about. this way even if emails were deleted investigators can still recover some of them in other peoples accounts.
Yeah, they could have done that fluff. And realistically that's what they should have done. The investigation should have blown up into something so huge and so resource consuming that the other side started to complain about the drain on the federal budget just on manpower to track down all the leads.
I think that's why they have some of the emails
how do you track down people that communicated with her using gmail when you can't look at her emails to see who did that?
i thought her emails were stolen and are available online
some, not all
@I AM ERROR you'd never trace down every email that way, but there are some big players you'd be able to look at and get a few of them, just based on the fact that she had to communicate with those people
i'm sure there would be some people who would be willing to talk to investigator willingly
actually... you could probably get a lot of info from the wikileaks emails and cc info...
well that's what i meant when i said "track down"
since it is possible for wikileaks to intentionally change/misconstrue emails, it would be vital in the beginning to talk to people who are wiling to talk and reveal emails without court's interventions and subpoena
to gain momentum to go past reasonable doubt. once emails start to match to what is present in wikileak dumps it would give court and investigators reason to subpoena emails of unwilling people and companies like google or yahoo.
A normal investigator would do those things, yes.
But no one wanted to actually go after Hillary.
oh well
what if they just are not smart enough
technology can be hard
Well, have you seen Ben Shapiro's take on the IG report?
