What kind of debilitating headaches do you get?

I get migraines that cause me to go into shock without my meds and the meds can cause rebound migraines with the same effect if I take them at the wrong time. So he tells me to take them at the appropriate time.
Plus I’m blind in one eye and can’t really feel my legs or work them that well. So he guides me around obstacles and helps me walk better.
