They basically confiscate your guns based on any friend/relative claiming you're dangerous, and then it's up to you to prove your innocence after the fact

But as I read it, sorry don't know anything about this topic, it needs to go before a judge.
But seems easily abused

But you don't get to talk to the judge until after they've issued the confiscation

The description there on Wikipedia seems vague on that front (perhaps intentionally so)

They'll use something you've previously done or said on the internet as proof that you're a risk, then confiscate your property without you being able to defend yourself beforehand

in california they expanded/are working to expand the list of eligible ppl who can file a weapon restraining order (red flag) on someone to anyone who was a coworker, student, teacher, boss, or anyone working in adminstration to that person within the last 6 months.

and then theres another bill to expand the length of time the order is valid from 1 year to 5 years

So basically you better know or work with any leftists or they can take away your guns
