While we have spent the last couple of years laughing at antifa, they have spent that time demonstrating that their violent domestic terrorism will be tollerated. Elected officials, law enforcement, and government sanctioned propagandists have given them unquestioning support. Those who have dared defend themselves against them have been convicted and imprisoned. Antifa who have been tried with video evidence of their crimes have been released. Laughing them off as a joke has been a collosal mistake and miscalculation of what they represent. This is because of a false trust placed in the rule of law. An openly violent domestic terror wing of the democrat party is putting it in your face that they can attack you at will, and not only will they not be punished, but it is you who will be punished if you oppose them. Laughing at them is idiotic.

If by conviction you are talking about the NY proudboys that’s because they took it too far (the jury didn’t disagree that they were justified to start but that only gets you so far).
If you think laughing at them isn’t enough then don’t pickup a bat or gun and fight back that will only get you locked up too. Take the initiative and run for office or support people who don’t give them that pass. Talking about them in the Internet really can only get us so far.
