We have both tried the P365. Magazines are pain to load to capacity. i now fully understand “the does it take Glock magazines?” meme
The combination of how small the P365 is, and Sig's recent shittiness on QA and QC does not spell for a good time.
I have seen bits and pieces for the XL version, and there is hope for now. I'll have to see about snagging one and putting it through the ringer.
I’m currently looking forward to next tax season. Going to get myself a Springfield Armory Saint AR 15 when the government gives back what it “borrowed” from me
😦
tmw you only get like 1/8th of what your total tax return is. big gay
Right now I'm working on an AR build. Aero lower and BCM upper.
I'm still deciding if I want to make a pistol, or go through the BS process of getting a SBR.
You’re going to have to explain why the 1/8 is the big gay
Because it's not 8/8
I was expressing my annoyance with the fact that the total tax you get snagged, you only receive a small portion of the total on your tax return.
I did a rough estimate, but I want to say I get about 1k back on mine, albeit roughly 8k or so is taken for taxes.
Oh forgive me I thought you were talking about the twist
Nope 😛
Hopefully I snag one of these jobs after these good interviews I had.
Need more moolah.
I could take more hours but I’m enjoying being in a spot in life we’re I can more than get by on 32 a week
I don't blame you.
I could really dig a 3rd day on my weekend.
However there’s always the inner guilt that that’s an unreasonable decision
My department attempted to get 4 - 10 hour days approved but that got shot down because my Managers execution was retarded, and he tried waiting until the last second/slipping it under the radar.
Honestly, it just depends on how bad your job is and if working 40 would drive you absolutely mad.
It probably would not. I’ve worked retail the last five years and apparently have a high tolerance for bullshit
What I absolutely wouldn’t do is work my way up the ranks at my current job. That is not worth the headache
I remember when I was working retail, and I enjoyed working like 2 days, 1 day off, 3 days, 2 days off. That kinda thing. It was nice having a brief break in the middle of all the bullshit. But really it was just monotonous and low pay.
Then it took me 9-months of applying to get my first IT job.
Also, that's the same with my best friend. He could make Supe/Manager of his department if he could work full time but he's attending college.
So it'll only be a last resort option. He would rather start his career after graduating.
At least he’s got a goal in mind
It sucks feeling like a tool with an unknown purpose.
Oh well, that ultimately seems like first world problems on the end.
Mhm, that's precisely why I was getting as pissed off as I was working retail. It was only partially better than anywhere else because who/where I worked was more like home than a strange place.
Do you have any trade skills you want to learn?
None that I can think of off the bat. I was originally going to college for x-ray tech before I realized I didn’t have any passion or drive to finish. That and the realization that applicants to the program had less than a 50% chance of getting in on it.
StoneToss is great.
Also, RIP.
I assume at this point you'll just have to try new things as hobbies and roll with what you like the most.
I always recommend IT if you want good pay 😄
Get a good trade job you’ll never look for work a day in your life. It comes to you so I’ve heard
Honestly, low end IT work tends to suck balls for most people until you gain more skills, and work on larger projects.
