non combatants get rolled from every direction
the last person you want to be in that scenario is a civilian non combatant
the last person I want to be in that scenario is in the insurgency <:smugon:512048583806025739>
they are careful legalize, but some pens are just cheap enough to leak no matter what and parents aren't going to spring 50 bucks or more on a pen, they get one of the cheap ones
they get put into that special slot in one of these: so it doesn't get pushed against etc, yet it still happened
it happened to me like once, and i know that it happened to everyone else at least once or twice to, a full on leak, not just leaking onto the fingers
@Nucleon at least in the insurgency you aren't alone
I also want an Israeli CZ so I can pretend I’m the main guy from Rodeo Beep Boop
Government invoke eminent domain like
That weapon is so ridiculous, you can't combine beams of energy/light into a single beam with a different vector.
All that thing will do is create local heating at the focal point, they'd be spinning that thing around so fast to try to focus on a ship/planet, everyone inside would turn to jelly.
Nukes would be more effective in just about every way imaginable
That and they’re the only way to be sure
That is strange to me why the rebels don't develop nukes.
"We can't compete, we don't have a death star."
"Don't need it bitch, just smuggle in a nuke, ding dong, the emperor is dead."
It’s also weird how a ship with larger engines can’t catch a smaller ship with smaller engines in the vacuum of space in episode eight
Not to mention how do you drop bombs in space?
"The force did it"
the get out of plot holes free card for all Star Wars
Why should I let fiction destroy my physical understanding of the universe?
Hollywood should be self-consistent.
Besides, this is an old conflict that the nerds always win... Hollywood == Drama nerds that hate STEM nerds.
Uh, did some motherfucker just tell me I can't have science in my science fiction!!!! 😠
Star Wars was never science-fiction
correct
Correct, it never was.
It was always high fantasy.
with pew-pews
it's a space opera that was later changed to add alien burps and farts
I agree that we shouldn’t let Hollywood lower it standards even further
Firefly did alien burps and farts better.
Does Disney own Firefly yet?
Why would they purchase something that was good?
So they could ruin it
Well it has to be 'good' otherwise they can't fuck it into the dirt
lol, people will pay that for a pen?
