I've got some chubbery but I'm not sure where to start with getting rid of it
i use the *My Fitness Pal* app. plug in your current weight, goal weight, how much you exercise and it will spit out the anticipated amount of daily calories you should eat
you can use it to track your calories so that you make sure you burn more calories than you consume

i do basically no exercise lmao
which means i was basically at the minimum calorie intake in order for me to achieve my goal
Also trying to lose a bunch of weight. What does it for me is just calorie limiting. The trick is that I can keep myself busy throughout the day during the week, and have only one meal a day
on the reasoning that even if I pig out, there's only so many calories I can pack into one meal
weekends are hard though
It might be easier to get into a routine that works for every day of the week.
