They are both good games.

2019-11-20 01:14:01 UTC

I personally prefer Aoe2 because it fixed a lot of issues the first game had.

2019-11-20 01:15:26 UTC

Maybe I should just go back to ADOM, Commander Keen, and Raptor.

2019-11-20 01:19:29 UTC

Age of Empires didn't have shit on Total Annihilation though.

2019-11-20 01:20:03 UTC

how about you guys speak english and stop speaking boomer

2019-11-20 01:20:13 UTC

Ok leaf.

2019-11-20 01:21:02 UTC

ok boomer

2019-11-20 01:23:06 UTC

No need to insult him. The gaping hole in his soul from missing out on the games and shows from the nineties is far more harmful than anything we can say or do.

2019-11-20 01:25:15 UTC

Yeah, so many games nowadays are straight up crap.

2019-11-20 01:25:20 UTC

I've been playing Master of Magic lately...

2019-11-20 01:25:51 UTC

It's pretty fun, I'm animating hordes of undead to serve as my minions

2019-11-20 01:25:59 UTC

I don't have to pay or feed them

2019-11-20 01:26:04 UTC

Man, I miss the HoMM series.

2019-11-20 01:26:31 UTC

@Black Cat
Sounds like witchcraft. Let me get my stake.

2019-11-20 01:26:36 UTC

Never got a chance to play them, though I did play M&M 1-5

2019-11-20 01:26:42 UTC

It is exactly witchcraft

2019-11-20 01:26:50 UTC

The funny thing is I used to play games mostly for the story, but of late, the ones I really get into are the ones that are mostly gameplay and not a lot of story, like Rimworld or Oxygen Not Included.

2019-11-20 01:27:04 UTC

Same 🤔

2019-11-20 01:28:23 UTC

I'm also finally playing Final Fantasy X, which I missed before because I never had a PS2, but I'm not sure that's old enough to count.

2019-11-20 01:29:28 UTC

Remember games where you didnt need a subscription and an internet connection..

2019-11-20 01:30:00 UTC

@FrostyCrits
Remember the 1930's?

2019-11-20 01:30:16 UTC

There were no computers back then

2019-11-20 01:32:08 UTC

I used to crank up the ol' Victrola

2019-11-20 01:33:32 UTC

Technically, the first device that we would associate with the word computer was built in the 1820s

2019-11-20 01:33:54 UTC

Though from what I've read, it was never finished because Babbage ran out of money.

2019-11-20 01:34:43 UTC

When a calculator was the size of a room..

2019-11-20 01:34:48 UTC

I don't know if 'not finished' means not functional though.

2019-11-20 01:35:21 UTC

That was the calculator the size of a room

2019-11-20 01:36:10 UTC

Back then a calculator was a guy that did complex equations for ship navigation by hand.

2019-11-20 01:37:27 UTC

Wait, I may be wrong about that.

2019-11-20 01:37:39 UTC

That guy might have been called a computer.

2019-11-20 01:39:57 UTC

Back when men were men and woman were woman

2019-11-20 01:40:20 UTC

*Those were the dayyyyys*

2019-11-20 01:59:09 UTC

when women were woman

2019-11-20 01:59:24 UTC

you could pile them up and create a super being

2019-11-20 02:03:29 UTC

True.

2019-11-20 02:04:16 UTC

...super ~~being~~ dishwasher

2019-11-20 02:10:49 UTC

@Railingo brooooooo commander keen was my shit as a kid

2019-11-20 02:11:02 UTC

2019-11-20 02:11:13 UTC

2019-11-20 02:21:28 UTC
