I have an AC-3RF demodulator for my LD player, but my new 7.2 reciever doesn't have the 5.1 multi-channel connection that my demodulator puts out
if its an analogue input just dont connect two channels lol
there are some Philips SHP2500 on sale nearby
wtf 6m cable on them
are the xiaomi fresh any comfy ?
Why did they have to discontinue the shp9500 π
Company producing them went bankrupt
They were pretty overrated anyway
They were pretty good for $50
Not sure what you could get better for that price
Cal
Ksc75
π
shp9500 are shit
lmao only $200 on newegg
tl;dr = guy goes to AudioCon (sic) demo of audiophile power cables, uses recording rig to check levels while sitting in the audience, discovers vendor conducting demo is tweaking the volume a few dB in favor of the expensive AudioQuest and Nordost power cables while switching cables over during demo, blogs about it (not revealing the fraudulent vendor's name) and finds himself kicked out of the hosting audiophile society after being told to retract the blog post and apologize.
Justice well served.
The Jews did this
APOLOGIZE

I need to know something. Is there a device, Chink or otherwise that will take an analog 5.1 output and let me input it into a Digital input; coax or TOSlink
oof
no idea
sorry
Been looking, google won't help. But of course I dunno what it would be called
Ask /g/?
I haven't yet
I'd say that's your best bet
I see the reverse, Coax/TOSlink to Analog 5.1
I can't ask /g/
search for high channel count adcs
itll only really be studio gear
and it probably wont have a coax or toslink out
AES or firewire really
Lame. It seems my only option is to track down an older receiver and use it as an intermediary.
that wont do digital out tho
from the inputs at least
might do digital passthrough but idk about htat even
