The state of Washington has banned the death penalty because of *racial bias*. Not because of any legitimate concerns about how the process for getting on death row may be inconsistent or the possibility that an innocent person could be executed. This is purely absurd.

@J Edgar do you think that actually happens though? There are tons of special interest groups who try to sue their ideology into laws, but I don’t see how that automatically makes the courts compromised. Because federal judges are already nominated, there will always be a political nature to it. I’m just not sure how corruption can happen.

@Beemann well, someone claimed that the moderators were now leftist sympathizers. I don’t know if it’s true. It really does seem that 4chan has declined in impact. I don’t know what would spark the enthusiasm again. This trolling movement is very effective somehow.
