Grant: Not a stereotype. The Philip gov has a pack with many western countries to provide nursing. There has been a shortage for years. A % of aid goes to nursing programs to help educate women there so they can seek nursing jobs in western countries. The problem apparently began in the 70's and there is still a shortage although it less significant than it was in the past.
