i was at a few parties up in the hills this weekend, and after some of them got drunk, they acknowledged that no one can question the dogma of the bay area. it was pretty amusing to watch

they would look over their shoulders and check that no one would lynch them, and then give pre apologies about what theyre about to say, and then proceed to say some sort of normie take on the world. lol

I kind of pity them, they must be constantly terrified their lives will be torn apart at any second

the highspeed rail is a total joke project

its been like over a decade and we have nothing to show for it

other than one station in san fran (and i think maybe one other), but no train or tracks

well it's another place to store the homeless

they wanted the damn thing to have a cruising speed that NO other current highspeed rail can do

in the entire world

the typical "we can do better, we can do the impossible" california mindset
