it's great for them they don't have to write off all the plastic bags now and claim they're helping the environment
the shame is they didn't bother to bring in those big bags and the canvas ones that roll up until the regulations came in
I would have bought the new bags anyway they're better it just sucks I had no choice
out here they charge us, but we dont get the sturdy new plastic bags, its the same old PAPER bags, but we just have to pay.
