I can't listen to her while she's on her high horse

2019-07-12 17:13:37 UTC

Not a fan of watching horse-on-horse action.

2019-07-12 17:14:40 UTC

She asked to be sworn in......and the Dem on the panel told her we don't do that...but she did it anyway

Pay wall.

2019-07-13 00:05:56 UTC

😦

2019-07-13 00:07:51 UTC

It’s ridiculous though

2019-07-13 00:11:08 UTC

oh yeah Lion King is facist racist etc etc

2019-07-13 00:11:36 UTC

you'll see videos on it likely starting tomorrow

2019-07-13 00:19:02 UTC

I already saw one video talking about a article claiming it's racist

2019-07-13 00:50:16 UTC

they only won 5-2? pretty poor showing from the boys tbh smh

2019-07-13 00:50:57 UTC

really their pay is based on number of fans not skill....

2019-07-13 00:51:31 UTC

But would love to see someone ask about this game to one of the woman soccer player

2019-07-13 00:58:18 UTC

The amount of fans usually relates to the skill

2019-07-13 00:58:38 UTC

people don't like female sports because they aren't as good

2019-07-13 00:58:43 UTC

simple as that

2019-07-13 00:59:07 UTC

normally yes but there are exeptions....

2019-07-13 00:59:48 UTC

That would be why I said usually

2019-07-13 01:00:39 UTC

Based Morrissey

2019-07-13 01:03:30 UTC

For sports I would say skill has a lot to do with popularity yeah. If everything worked that way the arts would be upended

2019-07-13 01:05:27 UTC

well A BIG money maker for people in sports is endorsements. Lebron makes shitons more there than his NBA check...If the USWST was getting that kind of money you know they wouldn't care about prize money

2019-07-13 01:06:30 UTC

you're right. lebron james should give his moneys to the whamxn soccer

2019-07-13 01:06:33 UTC

Sure, but endorsements are going to be based off of visibility, which is basically just a raw popularity equivalent, which stems largely from skill. You can definitely market yourself past your prime but there has to have been something there to start with

2019-07-13 01:06:49 UTC

That kinda depends on the sport. There’s no salary cap in baseball so the super stars make crazy salaries. Mike Trout just signed a 13 year, $430M contract this offseason

2019-07-13 01:06:53 UTC

have the black man pay sports reparations to the white whamxn

2019-07-13 01:07:32 UTC

I am honestly baffled by the popularity of baseball/cricket

2019-07-13 01:08:02 UTC

i'm not. it's not a very expensive sport to get into

2019-07-13 01:08:12 UTC

in terms of learning how to play

2019-07-13 01:08:14 UTC

Baseball is tied with football for my favorite sport. I’ve had a Brit explain cricket to me and I still don’t get it

2019-07-13 01:08:51 UTC

Cricket is baseball but instead of running around the diamond you run between two points as fast as you can, is what I've been told

2019-07-13 01:09:10 UTC

that's what i've seen. i still don't understand how the points work

2019-07-13 01:09:12 UTC

So points scored is how many repetitions, vs full runs
