Can they also require you to release all your browsing history?
Can they require you to take a test?
Can they require you to fill out a quetionaire?
Can they simply just remove all members of a specific party?
to go to the extreme of it
or a specific race?
if this is allowed how do you stop it on other criteria?
I'm sure there's something in the constitution to protect against such a thing
Also, how isn't this interfering with a popular vote count?
and can they extend that the other way?
can citizens be stopped from voting if they don't release their tax details?
I don't like blocking a candidate for anything other than the constitutionally passed (amendments) barrier.
I think those things are age, citizenship, amount of time lived in the USA
the rules should be very simple basically citizenship and age
and not currently incarcerated
oh you have to be born a citizen
I'm pretty sure thats in the amendment
although that seems to be a bit iffy Ted Cruz is a Canadian I believe but he ran
wasn't he also born an american though?
you just can't also be citizen to another country
I thought Ted Cruz was Cuban or at least part of him is?
Ted Cruz was born in Canada to American citizens which means he was still born a citizen
His dad is Cuban
Kind of weird for people to start getting all huffy about birthright citizenship when it is so easy to get.
I mean, at least in defense of the Obama Birthers, there was some reason to believe that Obama lied about being born in Kenya on his college application to get around the fact that he was a shitty student.
Ted Cruz is the zodiac killer
Whats the point of having to release your tax records to the public anyhow? Are we questioning the IRSs ability to audit taxes? Call it for what it is, an excuse to shame someone
That's a really good point.
The left always blathers about how everyone ought to trust in the government, but things like demanding tax records be released shows that they don't actually trust the government themselves.

All they want to show is that trump is not as rich as he claims
Btw, income taxes will not disclose how rich he really isn't
Then they will look to expose what tax breaks he leveraged and villainize him for it
And count on americans being to stupid to realize that congress creates tax loopholes
@Goose
*"So we're in agreement. 9-month olds should be able to buy assault rifles."*
No.
@Railingo
*"@Mandatory Carry I am the other way around. I don't think mandatory carry is the best idea, but if a kid can carry a rifle then he should be able to pay for it with his own hard earned money."*
No.
¿Do you two realize how rediculous you sound?
If he can carry it I don't care.
@Mandatory Carry dude, why don't you want 9-day olds to have constitutional rights?
Well, amongst other things, because there are rifles that weight more than most 9 month olds...
I mean seriously, ¿what are they supposed to do? ¿Shoulder fire it?
I can't believe this guy doesn't think unborn children have 2nd Amendment rights...
9 month olds can buy guns because they are under the direct supervision of a guardian who can decide if/when they can handle it. Unless you want to argue about an age limit on being allowed to trade goods
Ya, they're gonna hump an M-1 Garand...
Maybe not...
But hey, at least you're within POE'S Law...
@Mandatory Carry do you not know when people are joking with you?
