sometimes you can get it for free, other times you have to pay

you then take a chance that its the person 's current address, as it could be their previous address

all you need is full name and state a lot of times to narrow things down.

yeah pretty much google and social media but there more advance ways to ip trace and social engineering but thats spotty and takes to much time
