I suspected this when I looked at the vote totals for the rest of the race. How could it be that every race at the state level went to the Republicans and did do by margins from 64,000 to as many as 300,000 votes, and then the governor's race goes the other way by a mere 5000? Yes, if Bevin is that unpopular it could happen, but its highly improbable statistically.
