Never forget your first
😚
@Legalize I'll give you another example.
Say a parent is training a teen to drive, and the teen makes a mistake crashes into another car killing them.
By your reasoning, the parent should also be responsible for that death.
kid lets out the e-brake on his dad's truck, and crushes him to death while changing oil. charge the mom and the child...
heh
I said it first!
haha
@Legalize, ¿you still here?
i suppose i could really strawman it and say send the whole family to the firing squad
We do need less humans...
pssh we'll cap out at ~15 billion
birth rates and all that jazz
hi
Praise be to God for legalize
Don't strawman it.
Ok Legalize, out with it, ¿do I get charged with murder or not?
im teasing
How fascy we getting bois😎
Drunk drivers do.
I'm here for it
involuntary manslaughter, or in worse cases voluntary
still a felony that regularly gets 10-20 years
10first offense get out 5 good behavior with probation
*"Ok... So my 11 year old steals my ex-wife's gun, shoots his classmates, ¿I face the death penalty? (Please look past the wet dream of me shutting up for a second...)"*
Oh yea. EX WIFE
@TheCompanyMan my man knows his stuff 😉
SEND HER TO THE CHAIR
@Big T;)
@Big Tonve upon a time thought about lawyering
the issue here @Legalize is this whole charging the kid as an adult to free the parent of culpability
Responsible to what degree though, that's what everyone is asking.
@TheCompanyMan same here, got a whole family of them
¿He's NOT my son now? Better tell the state of Oregon. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Gun's in a safe. I know, I paid for the fucking thing...
@Big Tmust be great family dinners
@Mandatory Carrydo u have joint custody
If not
AINT YA SON
the thing with your vandalizing case is that the parents will be responsible for the civil part of it, but often the kid is responsible criminally.
@TheCompanyMan oh they actually are
I don't care if a person is charged as an adult or not, that's not the principle i'm working with.
Its, can you control another individuals every living action or not, if you can, then yes a parent should be held responsibly, if not, then no it would be immoral to do so.
