To assign a sex to a penis is kind of useless? we know most xy chromosomes have a penis (not all sorry) but when we talk about a woman this is gender so if the woman has a penis it can be called a female penis. this isn't really a huge deal tbh this still makes an exception for sex and gender being different but while applying ownership of a genital to the identity using it. you could call the penis the male sex organ because on average it is if you use xy for male.

and the people 10 fingers is dumb it is not an identity and is a bad faith argument in the sense people are not excised from society for losing or having an extra finger
