He wasn't the only person who exploded that night
that is me when nazis show how much of a snowflake they really are
We have a few of those types
This argument that voting is important so it should be easy is absurd. If you think it's important, wouldn't you want it to be at least a little hard so only the people that value it will bother?
C.kyle is the type of person to just say the n word and laugh
Like, there's this guy who calls in a lot, I forget his name, but he's *always* talking about fountain pens...
lol
voting should be more restricted as the level of voting increases
local communities can open it up as far as they like
states can restrict moderately
national voting should be more restricted
I think voting age should be raised to 25
I'd support that in national elections
Same
I think towns can do fine letting 18 year olds vote for city council
Let them work a few years before letting them vote on major stuff
voting for the people who start wars needs to be restricted to the people who fight the wars
these are all just ideas for the next time people are putting civilization back together
Or atleast restricted to people who atleast pay taxes and not living in their moms basement
we've been at war for decades because the military went all volunteer and no one voting is forced to fight in the wars
national votes have to be tied to military service
I think there shouldn't be an age requirement for voting, but I think you should have to be a net taxpayer to be able to vote.
Yeah I dont want 16 year olds voting
IMO voting should be restricted to net tax payers.
Welfare should be optional but voting to get more is just plundering.
rich people could declare their kids net tax payers to boost their votes
This also applies to government contractors.
Let it be raised to 25. When the brain has actually finished developing
If you're paying taxes with money the government is paying you you're not paying taxes.
Actually, you are right, kids working part time job would probably qualify as net taxpayers, so maybe a voting age would be necessary.
Rich people can already declare their kids net people to boost their votes.
If I can afford a nannie, a gardener, a driver, and other workers, I can afford to pay my kids a salary just so they can vote like I tell them
I know minors who work at their parents business
You can afford to pay random poor people a salary to secure their votes.
Why are you singling out kids?
you can't comepletely remove poor people from the franchise
they revolt and stuff
I'm not saying they should be disenfranchised.
the only politics that really matter to poor people are local politics
