Results in 4-8 years (perceived or otherwise)
Gibs, and no/few cuts to gibs
No "hard decisions"

My point is that if people dont see Trump doing enough they go back to being apathetic, because much of Trump's support base was anyway. He'll get boosted by Dems playing chicken and that getting tons of media promotion but theres very little promoting Trump himself - a natural extension of starting a war with the media (justified though it may have been)
