The voting public? Pretty damn high.
Most people don't vote.
more people vote than have active twitter accounts, or go to these political events.
How many political events do you attend?
Trump got in by being openly nationalist and dog whistling about race.
And got in with extremely fervent support.
meh
I'm not sure what to think about "dogwhistles"
He said all kinds of shit
like how the military should use motorcylce couriers
These dogwhistles dont seem to be very effective to me if it's mostly rabid bluechecks who hear them 🤔
>just lay down and die
Are you Jewish by any chance?
@Beemann
*psst* That's the point.
>if you dont agree with me you think we should die
Real honest take there champ
Lolwut?
>the point of a dogwhistle is to have it heard by non-dogs
Can you genuinely not read?
>the point of racist dog whistles ISN'T to be heard by racially conscious people
Lolwut
Denial that a certain tactic should or will pay off is not "lol let's just give up"
Although I suppose that also depends on what that tactic means to your objective, given ideological restrictions
Especially with people from Ohio where Obama just dumped like 500k African Muslims over the years they definitely responded to some of his statements like the travel ban.
But they also had their small towns destroyed by the government dropping 5k African Muslims on welfare at a time into the state.
So the point of Trump's rhetoric was to make people mad as he fails to build a wall and has no public problem with legal immigration (so long as your country doesn't have verification issues), and then rally the left around crazies?
Or was it just a massive fuck up?
Anyone who thought the wall would be done in 4 years is a retard.
Things rarely happen that fast in a big corporation, let alone in the Government with antagonists everywhere.
I mean I would argue the same for any big govt project, but it still happens
Yeah, but it's even worse since he's not just fighting the Double Government he's fighting the elected politicians too.
Sure, but I doubt he couldn't have accounted for that, for one
And for another, if you're going to talk up your dealmaking the public is going to want to see tangible results. You have to maintain reasonable expectations
He has had lot of tangilble results
The people whining about the wall need to quit being such whiny cucks
We've got the Mexican Military helping us send "migrants" back
Part of this gets back into how the current set up completely fucks the incentive structure
we've basically got the cartels helping us secure the border LUL
Incentive structure for what?
Politicians
I didn't vote last election
It's more visible in dem primaries though
I'm voting this time and I'm voting Trump
Because he's the least insane option
Which I never thought I'd say about Trump
Sure, but most people are going to vote for gibs
Whichever side offers them the best personal gain
