You need to set it. Open the settings, go to the voice place, click the (likely blank) text box, hit a key (or combination) to setup push to talk

Try to reset your keybind to something different, rince and repeat until you figure it out haha

make sure the mic levels show up in the settings page as well (there's a volume meter there if you switch to the voice detection thing, just to see the volume thing)
