I never had some expensive audio stuff,i wonder if it is normal to hear quite a bit of hiss while no audio is playing in computer
It either stops or i can not hear it while i actually play some sound,and it does get better after i do not play any sound for longer period of time
"play justin beiber baby" no hiss=>song stop there is hiss=> after 10seconds almost no hiss.
I use 30$ usb audio card connected directly to motherboard,i wonder if higher quality card would fix it or maybe just some software tweak
