There where RPG's and AKs clearly visible in the footage. AK's are common, but the only people who would carry RPG's in that place at that time where those who intended to use it on US and coalition forces.
I don't feel bad for the soldiers who wittingly killed innocent people then when they come back and the reality finally sets in, they slip into severe depression and PTSD. Nothing justifies intentionally killing innocent people.

Dude, I was in the Army. It was my job to be able to identify them in that kind of footage. I could clearly Identify them in that footage.

War is a crime, it's all legalised murder. The deaths captured on Aphache footage may have been, and I believe it was, ordered from higher up, but I do not for a moment believe that the US Military holds or acts upon policies up killing foreign journalists.
