i've been meaning to call in and talk about the ketosis diet, which i'm on

has really changed my life

@RoadtoDawn i really really really love carbs, but i know ketosis is a wonderful diet

dieting is really hard and most people fail at it but if you can accomplish losing 20lbs you're in the top few percent of people who actually get it done

it is a good feeling

I've almost lost 20 pounds

and yeah week 1 was hell.....

don't tease yourself with bread substitutes, they all suck

the thing that makes me want to cry though is ice cream and m&ms

I dont even want desserts

thinking about it makes me feel naeusous lol

you ever see a bowl of vanilla ice cream that makes you wanna weep knowing you can't have it
